Yes. Any standard home oven — gas, electric, or convection. If your oven goes to 500°F, you're good. Sam got an 8.1 using a regular home oven.
How do I season and care for it? ▼
Wipe with a thin layer of high heat oil before first use and bake at 500°F for 30 minutes. It's easy! After that, just wipe clean — no soap, no dishwasher. Detailed instructions included with each steel.
Is it different from a pizza stone? ▼
