I cooked my first three pizzas on my Dough Guy Pizza Steel last night for guests. I had used the dough calculator for the dough recipe and had rested it in the fridge for three days. Every single person was shocked at the taste and the cook on the crust and thought it was one of the best pizzas they have had. I agree with Dave Portnoy’s assessment that you’d never think it was cooked in a home oven. I’d bump his score up to a 9.3 though! One bite, everyone knows the rules.
