A game changer for sure. I did not buy one of your steels as I live in South Africa. I went to a steel shop in the town that I live in to see if the perhaps have an offcut. They did and I bought an 8mm steel for R300-00. Roughly 17usd. I was in luck. Big luck.
The pizza steel is fantastic! Cranked the oven to 550, let the steel heat fully and then dropped my first pizza. Minus a minor launch issue, my fault, the steel gave the pizza a great cook. Along with the dough from the calculator, this is an absolute win! I highly recommend this for anyone the loves pizza.
I couldn't be happier with this! I finally buckled down and got all the right ingredients, followed the instructions, and cooked a masterpiece! Masterpiece! Some of the best pizza we've ever had! Don't sleep on this!

The pizza steel has been a game changer for our at home pizzas. We have only used it 3 times, but the pizzas have turned out so great each time that we now have a standing Sunday pizza night.
